"It's not this generation's Friday, it's just a funny, heartfelt & well-acted film. Lottery Ticket isn't as funny as I expected, it's funny but not hilarious mainly because the director lets the actors actually act in this & do a pretty good job at it Bow Wow, Brandon T.

Jackson, Naturi Naughton & Ice Cube (only a small role) gives the best performances of their career, they showed some good serious acting skills here especially Jackson who surprised me with some serious acting ability near the end of the movie.

Mike Epps steals the show for me, he provided most of the laughs in his only one scene. This movie is not just funny & surprisingly heartfelt but sends a good message about black communities.".
