Review of Listen to Me Marlon (2015) by The D — 16 Nov 2015
Excellent. Similar to this year's other tremendous biopic, Amy, Listen to Me Marlon consists entirely of real audio of interviews and self-hypnoses done by Brando himself. I am LOVING this new trend in documentaries.
It's different and so much more artistic than the usual one-on-one interviews we so commonly see in docs. Brando revolutionized acting, but people don't know about the pain and anger he endured for all of his life.
