Top Shelf Van Damme Action Vehicle. His 1st collaboration with director Sheldon Lettich (certainly not his last,Double Impact,The Hard Corps). Good supporting characters, espescially Harrison Page. Take this movie for what it is and you'll love it! Its the flip side of Legionnaire.
