Of all the football related movies this is probably the best so far. For once the actors actually knew what they were doing. Unfortunately the directors didn't. Salles seems to know how to pick interesting subjects for his films.
Too bad he isn't very original movie maker. That said, you can't really expect much from the Kerouac-filmation can you?
