Review of Like Crazy (2011) by Laura W — 23 Jul 2012
I found this movie to be a beautiful and true portrayal of pure love, even in the moments of silence the expressions on there faces tell how there feeling, when there apart. when there together, the exchanging of gifts.
A poignant though fleeting scene, I thought was fantastic was the train ride to the airport when Anna and Jacob are sat opposite each other and then you see Anna on her own, that moment she looks over at the empty seat.
Anyone whose ever been in love should understand that feeling. The numbness and helpless feeling of loss. Anyone whose ever been deeply in love will relate to this movie and understand completely every glance, every blank expression, thoughtful gaze and beaming smile.
A truly stunning film.
