It is better than both Stitch has a Glitch and Stitch the Movie, but Leroy & Stitch still doesn't hold a candle to the original Lilo and Stitch. Improving over the animated series by not focusing on capturing the experiments is a welcome change, but the rest of the story is highly predictable, but makes for an interesting and unexpected finale during the last scenes.
