Review of Leave Me Alone (2004) by Rebecca L — 16 Apr 2008
If this is the kind of thing Danny Pang has been up to for the last few years, I can see why the Pangs are recycling Bangkok Dangerous. Ekin Cheng is surprisingly good in his dual role, but the shoddy script does the movie in.
The action doesn't really kick in until the movie is two-thirds of the way through and the comedy (far too much of which consists of gay jokes) cannot sustain the film that long. Some of the cinematography is nice, though.
