Review of Labyrinth of Lies (2014) by Sandy K — 08 Sep 2016
This is a powerful story of a young German prosecutor in 1958 whose accidental discovery about the horrors of Auschwitz and his own sense of justice lead him to doggedly find the whole truth and prosecute the criminals.
Opposed by many older Germans who wish to sweep it all under the carpet, he finds support from an attorney general whose warnings to the young man about the dangers of losing himself in the labyrinth prove prescient.
