Review of Kung Fury (2015) by Daniel S — 24 Jun 2015
A pitch-perfect parody of the schlockiest of schlocky action films, but taken to heights of giddy excess even those venerable classics could only dream of. Its short length keeps the joke from dragging out excessively, though I have a sneaking suspicion I could have stomached a feature film's length of this delicious ham.
An absolute must for fans of Axe Cop, keytars, synth-heavy power ballads, and/or David Hasselhoff.
