Not only are the characters wonderful to watch, but the environment in which they inhabit is gorgeously dark and atmospheric...I love the murkiness of the underground and the fact that there is no natural light in the film.
..shades of Blade Runner in its aesthetic execution, which is a good thing of course...The soundtrack is perfect as well...
