Seattle, Washington. The year 2000. Handguns have been banned and law enforcement carry non-lethal "stun" pistols. Criminals are sentenced to cryonic suspension instead of conventional jail cells. Stars David Hasselhoff, Edward Mulhare, Susan Norman, William Daniels, Carmen Argenziano, Lou Beatty Jr, Megan Butler, Eugene Clark, Mitch Pileggi and James Doohan.
Directed by Alan J. Levi.
