Um... Its not on the "list" but it had Donnie in it so I had to see it. Its not great but it definitely could have been worse. Its like a terrible mix of "The Departed" and "American Gangster" Donnie just wanted to have a film like his younger brother.
Some of the film quality reminds me of the dramatizations from "Its a Miracle!".
