Review of Killing Salazar (2017) by Coolquinn17 — 28 Jul 2016
This movie brings the best Joker story to life in animation form. Does it succeed? Mostly yes. It's animation is spectacular to look at even though at times, it can get a little clunky. Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill are once again amazing at voicing Batman and The Joker. They did great with reading the Killing Joke dialoge. I loved it how they made this film rated R cause in the Killing Joke comic book, there's lots of violence and some disturbing images.
The Batgirl scenes were alright but I didn't think it was nessary to put them in the movie. Before I get to a specific scene, SPOILER ALERT FOR THOSE WHO HASN'T SEEN THE MOVIE YET!
I thought that Batman and Batgirl having sex at top of a building was a **** up moment. Isn't Batman and Batgirl suppose to have a father/daughter relationship? What would Jim Gordon think of his daughter having sex with a older person??
Batman The Killing Joke is one of the comic book movies that stays VERY true to the comics.
