Review of Junior Bonner (1972) by Paul M — 01 Oct 2008
A slow paced film about a rodeo rider who refuses to give up on his dream and join the supposedly more respectable and modern age. More of a character study, which is handled with ease by McQueen, and a comment on family, relationships and the end of an era.
