Review of Juliet in Love (2000) by Mark S — 16 Dec 2007

Somewhat similar in feeling to Wilson Yip's Bullets Over Summer, although not quite as good as that! Francis Ng and Sandra Ng both give good perfromances, and some interesting scenarios happened, although a few parts could've been worked out better I think.

Overall, a pretty good but not great film, however Wilson Yip proves to be one of the more interesting of HK's directors in recent years, both w/ his more personal films like this, as well as his trio of films with Donnie Yen.
