Review of Jimmy's Hall (2014) by Dean B — 03 Aug 2015
This was a really great movie that makes Irish history come alive. However, if you haven't studied much Irish history beforehand, you might be a little lost. I recommend seeing Ken Loach's previous film "The Wind That Shakes the Barley" in conjunction with this, as this shows the aftermath of the events of that film in Irish history.
