Review of James White (2015) by Tim M — 08 Nov 2016
'James White' is a gripping drama that punches you in the gut and worth watching due to the performance of Cynthia NIxon. Christopher Abbott plays the twenty-something son of Nixon and we first meet them at the funeral of Nixon's ex-husband ( James White's father).
We learn to root for the young White, but as it becomes increasing more difficult we root for him more. As things get tougher the story comes together nicely. While this didn't bring the tears for me, it will kick you below the belt several times.
