Review of J. Edgar (2011) by Avishek C — 13 Aug 2012
This is a good movie if youre interested in how the trillions of dollars in government are allocated and fought over, and the principles that the civil servants like J Edgar hold dear, very interesting.
Criticise this movie if you are a smalltime and dont vote either because thats smalltime too, you dont care if E Coli comes out of your tap nor do you care if all the free public schools close nor that you die of food poisoning because the government doesnt monitor food safety any more nor you get robbed because poverty levels have gone too high where gangs like the McCrays send a thousand armed thugs to Heathrow airport and start melting down the airplanes that are fully loaded with passengers for money - a Boeing 747 is worth about a hundred million dollars a gand of a hundred armed robbers can easily steal one flly loaded with passengers, shoot the passengers and youve got scrap metal that can have you sipping Mai Tais on the beach in Hawaii for the rest of your life, and all the Supreme Court Judges and all judges employed by the government have been fired because everybody voted stupidly leaving no legal system whatsoever for redress, not even for bounty hunters.
