Review of Innocents in Paris (1953) by Michael T — 08 May 2010
Oh dear. Alastair Sim was pretty good, but the rest of this film, about Brits in Paris wasn't. Every character is purely a cliched stereotype, the comedy is mostly just silly, the script atrocious.
Interesting look at 1950s travel, Sim was funny getting the better of a Russian whilst binge-drinking, but otherwise not worth wasting ones time on.
