Review of Inequality for All (2013) by Thomas A — 23 May 2014
The central issue of Robert Reich's life for decades has been economic inequality. Now, after the 2009 tea partiers and, more recently, the Occupy Wall Street tent campers, have raised our American consciousness to the issue, Reich has been THE face of the social change that HAS to come if America is to survive the current political polarization which threatens our very democracy and way of life.
Economic inequality is at the heart of that spirit-deadening social unrest that has us considering those that oppose us (or just have differing points of view) to be our enemies instead of merely our adversaries. "Inequality For All" compellingly shows the issue better than any book could.
