Review of Ibiza (2018) by Klayton M — 25 May 2018
It was an entertaining collection of jokes. There were parts that were catch your breath hilarious, however there didn't seem to be a concise through-line for the movie. Is it about friends going crazy? Is it about your last hoorah on the way towards responsibility? Is it about finding love? Is it about living in the moment? At certain points in the movie it seems like the theme switches to any one of those, as if a group of people are talking over each other trying to tell the same story with each person having a different perspective.
I did enjoy the great comedy work, but I don't think it was that great of an actual movie.
