Review of I Want Your Money (2010) by Jason M — 16 Oct 2010
The anti-thesis of Capitalism: A love affair. I Want Your Money corrects, Michael Moores revisionist history, and rebutes Moore's call to rise up and call for a change to Socialism, with a return to the values America was founded on, and a return to sanity and fiscal responsibility.
I just wish they'd explain more about Bush's fiscal policy, that after the Bush tax cuts he reduced the deficit to less than 1% of GDP, until 2006, the Dems took control of the House, and drove up the debt to 400 billion. Also wish they'd show the clips of Barney Frank denying that Fannie or Freddie were in trouble and that the housing market wouldn't crash, as he called for looser regulation &lending practices from the banks. Frank and the other Dems with him are the ones who are responsible for the financial crisis. Great movie. God Bless America!
