One of the best serial killer / revenge movies I have ever seen. It's violent and gory and not everyone will like it but I don't think it's any worse than Seven or Saw. It's a great story with lots of twists and Min-sik Choi plays one of the best bad guys I've seen at the movies in a long time :O).
