Don Hertzfeldt's second installment in his trilogy of films about Bill is just as excellent, funny, dark, witty, sad, and bizarre as his first installment, "Everything Will Be OK". The man just has a great inventive and creative mind, that can draw these great simple images, and merge them with deep thought and philosophy, all without losing his sense of humor entirely.

I'm completely thrilled by the work he puts out.
