Review of I Am Omega (2007) by Don S — 07 May 2013
This is one of those "so bad it's good" movies. Starring Mark Dacascos (the Chairman on Iron Chef America), I had trouble taking it seriously from the start, and it is played straight, not for laughs.
It is almost a complete rip-off of I Am Legend. There are several scenes where he has his shirt off and is practicing martial arts, which he rarely uses on the zombies. The effects are okay and the zombies move quicker than in other movies.
Dialogue is horrid, and the love story is so cliche and unrealistic. I still enjoyed it. "Today's secret ingredient: flesh! Allez Cuisine!".
