Review of House at the End of the Street (2012) by Mark W — 16 Feb 2013

A lot of people have given this film serious flack for being a formulaic horror that's just a rip-off of other movies! However, I really quite enjoyed this, it provided scares and incorporated quite an interesting story which made you want to see the outcome! What do people want from movies these days? So many horrors try way too hard to be original and they diabolically fail; we need movies that are entertaining and scary! Not everything has to break new barriers; we just need an entertaining movie and this really was!
