Review of Hot Summer Nights (2018) by Jerod S — 30 Sep 2018
I thought the movie had its moments but not enough of them. Some of the dialogue is terribly awkward, and some of the plot elements are head shakingly nonsensical. The fine actor William Fichtner had a small but powerful role towards the end of the film, and I found that scene riveting.
Overall, this movie just didn't ring true, as I see it.
