Review of Honkytonk Man (1982) by Jeff B — 19 May 2012
The film is sweet and heartwarming without being too pushy. It's a little long for what it is, but the appearance of several country legends and great moments balance it out. The final scenes in Nashville are the best, especially when one of my music idols, Marty Robbins, steps in to finish Red's song.
