Review of Homicide: The Movie (2000) by Kenny H — 23 Sep 2007
There's a lot to like about Homicide. But ultimately, the payoff is not worth it.
However, Joe Mantegna and William H. Macy are fantastic. Also, there's an early and appropriately dark perfomance from Ving Rhames. He didn' own dogs then.
Favourite line:
Joe Mantegna: "Are you mad at me?".
William H. Macy: "Yeah, I'm mad at you. I'm not gonna invite you to my birthday party.".
