This movie is so over the top, it's hard to take any of it seriously. This movie is not for the feint of heart; its vulgar, gritty and refreshingly unapologetic about its subject matter, the dialog is awesomely bad, and the violence reaches insane levels of gore.
Still, if you're into grind house and Troma style films, this is a decent one to watch, if not for Rutger Hauer kicking ass, then I suggest imagining Hobo as an older Frank Castle from the original Punisher movie.
