My favorite of the High School Musical movies because it covers more music genres, it has some of my favorite HSM songs, the characters show more emotion, and it answers a lot of questions (would the Wildcats win another championship, would Sharpay continue being nice after learning a lesson in HSM2, would Ryan and Kelsi ever get love interests, what would they do after graduation, who would be cast to replace the stars in any future HSM movies,.
