Pros:

1) Scarlett Johansson's voice acting.

2) A compelling love story we can invest in.

3) The parallels between the acceptability of AI relationships and LGBT ones.

4) Spike Jonze's limited use of camera angles.

5) Realistic dialogue.

6) The development of Samantha.

7) The antisocial view of future society.

8) Genuine humor.

9) Heartbreaking but fulfilling ending.

Cons:

1) Phoenix's mumbling.

2) The use of certain supporting characters makes them feel like cardboard.

3) Can be a little more creepy than romantic or moving at times.
