Review of Heavy Metal (1981) by Oz T — 11 Feb 2008
This is one of those must-see movies for anyone into heavy metal and demented animation. Unlike the sequel (Heavy Metal 2000), this has multiple episodes of a story being told by an evil, nigh-immortal orb calling itself the Loc-Nar.
Throughout time and space the Loc-Nar has corrupted all those who have been unlucky enough to come into contact with it. But the young girl to whom it is narrating proves to have power of her own.
