You can't help but feel for Johanna (Kristen Wiig) as she quietly goes through life, not wanting to cause trouble for anyone, but ends up unintentionally getting caught up in the whirlwind life of the family she works for.

Kristen does an excellent job in portraying such a restrained character who gets the best out of what could have been a really bad situation.
