Review of Halloween II (2009) by Lucas B — 12 Mar 2014

I don't understand all the hate for this movie. I find this movie's dark, orange, pumpkin-like atmosphere to make this gem more than just a slasher flick. It makes it creepy and for the longest time, no matter how many time I saw it, I was still very disturbed and very tense when I watched it.

I still feel a lot of those feelings even though I am now 39 years old and on my 398th viewing ( give or take one). This movie has many great scenes, i.e. the chase through the hospital and hospital boiler room , the scene with Laurie screaming at the hospital doors for Loomis' help as the them plays and Michael is walking towards her, and the whole hospital chase at the end.

All with great music accompaniment. I love this movie!!!!!
