Review of Half Nelson (2006) by Mary H — 10 Jun 2009
One of the most important marks of a truly great movie is its repeatability. After having watched this for a third time, I'm finally sold on it. It's one of those movies that seem to get a little better every time you watch it- because of the director's subtle touch or true dialogue or a memorable performance.
Half Nelson has all three of those traits, and for that I've bumped the review up to 5 stars.
