Review of Gregory's Girl (1980) by David S — 30 Aug 2007
Make yourself happy - John Gordon Sinclair's depiction of a gawky, love-struck teenager is brilliantly observed in a way only Forsyth seems capable of. In equal measures funny, moving, heart-warming and oh-so-redolent of what it was like when I was that age! And it has Claire Grogan - what could possibly go wrong.
This is a film anyone should watch when they are feeling down.
