This is a animated flick based off of the Green Lantern and Green Lantern Corps comic books. This feature has numerous stories that make up the Green Lantern world. The animation is excellent and the stories are well done.
Plus with a great voice cast in Nathan Fillion, Kelly Hu, Jason Isaacs and Arnold Vosloo bring the animated characters to life. I read and enjoy the Green Lantern comics. I thought this animated film brought a nice touch to the Green Lantern world.
Those who don't read the comics may not truly enjoy this movie. But if your looking for a solid animated adventure you don't have to know any of the past Green Lantern stories to enjoy this. The film is a bit violent so it may not be best for young kids to watch.
But overall this is a great animated movie worth checking out.
