Wasn't bad, but the discontinuity from the last movie hurts this one badly here (like the SERIES concept, not one-shots). The disjointed continuity aside, the special effects are well-done at most points, albeit with exceptions.
The human characters are somewhat bland, being again generic Godzilla film heroes (Joe Average, Kid, Scientist, etc.).
