Review of Godzilla 2000: Millennium (1999) by Timothy E — 17 Oct 2011
The suits are well tailored, but Toho plainly saw this movie as an opportunity to experiment with new effects techniques. Sometimes the integration is wonderful, sometimes it's jarring. Regardless, it keeps the action going for one of the best-paced Godzilla flicks.
The acting is alright, though the dubbing is playful and some of the sequences feel very cinematic even on the small budget.
