Ridley Scott-Russell Crowe duo best effort. The photogenic messianic concept that got so tiresome later was used in a very attractive way. The secondary actors were cleverly selected and directed. Great acting, great score.
This is how epic productions should be. Will we ever get a Quo vadis adaptation that reach this kind of levels?
