A very interesting movie. And Im still waiting for the movie in which Spike Lee lets me down.

A movie about an aspiring actress who, in desperation, turns to becoming a phone sex "girl", and begins to really, really enjoy the work. The film does a great job of carrying you along with her in every step of her emotional transformation, and Theresa Randle is excellent in her performance.

I figured this movie would be little more than a shallow, soft porn mess, and I was completely, and pleasantly surprised. It's really a fascinating, deep story that has many layers, and is not predictable at all.

Once again, Spike Lee makes the movie look brilliant, and every emotion felt by the actor is felt by the camera, and expressed on the screen.
