The best lynn redgrave film ever. She is just amazing as George. Her comic timing is perfect, and the chemistry between herself and Alan Bates is wonderful. Charlotte rampling is so fabulous as the bitch flat mate from posh hell, but delivers so much.
Plus how can you not love the title song..
