Review of Gattaca (1997) by Andrea F — 08 Jul 2010
Simple doesn't mean cheap. Gattaca follows clear lines to tell a futuristic story about genetics, and much more about human inner world of feelings. Genetics give man the ability to create perfect individuals with the highest strenght, health and intelligence available.
No couples use love anymore to have a baby, they all go to the hospital to "program" him or her. But to miss out natural magic, means to lose human spirit for which no gene exists. Great music leads the dramatic highest points of an "over the top" movie!
