"Life is color. Love is color".
Gabbeh has a classic story. A love story about a girl from Qashqai tribe. It can be simply told in two or three lines, but Makhmalbaf's version of this simple story is precious and inestimable. The atmosphere of the movie was full of life. Full of color. It was not just a movie, but a cinematic piece of poetry by Makhmalbaf.
