Nature gets revenge! That's about a third of all B-grade monster movies from that decade. It's easy to see why. The 70's was the decade where global warming became a national and international issue for the first time, and where a lot of people really started giving a shit about our environment.

That being said, nature could have used a few better recruits in her war with mankind. Alligators and poisonous snakes and spiders are great, but frogs, crabs, geckos? No son, no. All in all, a harmless nature revenge flick, but certainly not all that memorable.
