You will probably enjoy this movie if you are either interested in the medical field (setting for most of the movie) in general or are a fan of thriller/horror movies in the realm of The Twilight Zone.
The movie gives off an unsettling impression from start to finish, the acting is decent... and when it isn't there is usually a reason for it related to the plot. I agree with others in that there are some holes left unfilled in the story, but they are relatively unimportant and are probably best left the way this movie was edited.
Definitely worth watching if you already have a Netflix account.
