Review of Foxcatcher (2014) by Erik B — 29 Mar 2015
Up until I saw the first trailer I had never heard the names Foxcatcher or John du Pont. Now, after watching one of the most intense movies of last year, I know these names and the significance behind them.
Mark Ruffalo gives, probably one of the best performances I've seen from him and Channing Tatum gives his career's best performance. Steve Carell gives a creepy, alarming and typecast defying performance that is worth all the appeal it has been given.
The movie also has a creepy and spine tingling feel to it. I highly recommend this movie!!
