This was a good movie - wonderful performances as well. But...oh the book was better. I knowwwww hate when folks have to go and say that - lol - (but it was)...However, all that aside - still and all a good movie - showing the meaning of love that is real - between a mother and her child (demonstrates that 3 ways in this film) and between a man and a women as well.
The part of the two brothers played by Eric Close and Campbell Scott were very good..this would be classified as a chick flick ..yes - though a better one...and Campbell and Eric seal the deal on that thought.
