67/100. Pleasing musical romance, although one of the lesser of the rash of musicals in the early 1930's and the least impressed of the ones made with Ruby Keeler and Dick Powell. Some good musical numbers, nicely photographed.
It was nominated for two Academy Awards, sound and best picture.
